  • 1 pack mixed lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pack Borges unshelled pine nuts
  • Borges Nut Vinaigrette
  • Salt
  • Borges Character Olive Oil

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Toss the lettuce in a bowl and add the vinaigrette, salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Stir everything with your hands. Place the salad on a dish and scatter some pine nuts (previously toasted) and cherry tomatoes on top.

  2. By adding pine nuts to this already Mediterranean dish, we release a range of flavours contrasted with the smooth taste of lettuce and tomato. The nutritional properties of pine nuts protect us against arteriosclerosis and help reducing cholesterol and triglycerides levels.
