- 400 g cooked chickpeas
- 70 g Borges black olives
- 70 g Borges green stuffed olives with pepper
- ½ lemon
- A pinch of ground cumin
- A pinch of salt
- 70 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
