Ingredients

  • 400 g cooked chickpeas
  • 70 g Borges black olives
  • 70 g Borges green stuffed olives with pepper
  • ½ lemon
  • A pinch of ground cumin
  • A pinch of salt
  • 70 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tahini

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Blend all the ingredients in a blender. 

  2. Step 2

    Serve the hummus with pita bread or sliced vegetables. 

     

    *We recommend reserving some of the olive juice in case the hummus is too thick and you’d like to thin it out.
