Baked Pasta with Tomato and Feta

An incredibly easy, quick-to-make, and delicious recipe!

Ingredients

  • 250 g Borges pasta penne rigate
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 45 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Cook the pasta following the manufacturer’s instructions.

  2. Step 2

    Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Set the block of feta cheese in the center of a baking dish and surround it with the cherry tomatoes.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are roasted and the feta is golden and creamy.

    Remove the baking dish from the oven and mix everything together to create a creamy sauce. Add the cooked pasta and stir well.

    Serve topped with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
