Healthy Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1 chicken breast
- A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 10 Borges green olives
- 1 spring onion
- ½ avocado
- A handful of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 sugar free yogurt cup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step by step

Step 1
Cook the chicken breast in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden brown and juicy. Let it rest for a few minutes and slice it into thin strips.

In a bowl, combine the sliced green olives, julienned spring onion, diced avocado, and spinach. Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to taste.

Gently warm the tortillas and spread a spoonful of yogurt on the base of each one. Top with the chicken and then the seasoned vegetable mixture.

Roll up the wrap and cut it in half, if you like.
