If you want to make an original, creamy sauce thicker than a vinaigrette, start with some natural yogurt and add your own ingredients for a delicious result. First add some extra-virgin olive oil and beat to get the right texture, and then add mustard, honey, mint, garlic, soya, lime and anything else you fancy!
