Sift the flour into a bowl, add the salt and make a volcano in the center. Add the yeast in the center along with a small glass of warm water and the extra virgin olive oil. Knead it.
Barbecue chicken pizza
For the dough
- 300 g of strong flour
- 7 g of fresh yeast
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of Borges extra virgin olive oil
For the topping
- 100 g barbecue sauce
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- 2 chicken breasts
- 100 g stuffed olives
- A dash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
Step by step
Sprinkle flour on the marble of the kitchen and start working the dough until you get a ball that does not stick.
Let the dough rest for an hour in a covered container with film at room temperature.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to the desired thickness and let it rest again for 10-15 minutes.
Spread the barbecue sauce over the pizza base, spreading it well with a spoon so that it is an even layer. Add the mozzarella.
Brown the chicken cut into strips in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil and add to the pizza along with the stuffed olives.
Bake the pizza at 200 ºC for about 12-14 minutes.
