Chicken with Pineapple

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 sliced red pepper
- 200 g fresh pineapple
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ lime
- 30 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Chopped chives (optional)
Step by step

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil and brown the chicken, diced and seasoned, for a few minutes, until cooked through.

Add the red pepper and sauté for a few more minutes.

Add the diced pineapple, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. Cook everything together for another 4 to 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds and chopped chives for a hint of freshness and crunch.
