Easy tuna tartare
- 400 g cubed tuna steak
- 1 onion
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 4 chive leaves
- 3 tbsp Borges extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Borges balsamic vinegar of Modena
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Step by step
Peel and chop the onion, parsley and chives into a bowl and put by.
An hour later, add the tuna, extra-virgin olive oil, Modena balsamic vinegar and sesame seeds, plus salt and pepper to taste, and leave in the fridge for another hour.
Twenty minutes before serving, add the lemon juice and check for salt. Mix well and put back in the fridge for a further ten minutes.
Serve with a salad and diced avocado.
