- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Borges
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar of modena Borges
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar of modena, and honey in a container

Cook the salmon in a few drops of extra virgin olive oil, in a very hot pan, turning once (it is better if you let the fish come to room temperature before cooking). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the sauce, turn the salmon so that it is coated on both sides, and cook everything together over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens.
