- 4 cans of tuna in water
- 100 g green olives
- 8 corn tortillas

- 2 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
- A few leaves of lettuce
Step by step
Next, add the tuna, well drained, and season with salt and pepper.
Once the tuna is heated through, turn off the heat and add the sliced olives.
Heat the corn tortillas in a pan and assemble the tacos. If you wish, add some lettuce leaves and finish the tacos with a splash of extra-virgin olive oil (optional).
