Cheesecake with strawberry jam

A very simple recipe that only takes 5 minutes to prepare and the rest in the fridge and in a bain-marie. You won’t have to spend the afternoon in the kitchen. And, best of all, your guests will love it!


  • 20 g digestive biscuits or similar
  • 10 soup spoonful of Borges extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 sugar-free natural yogurt
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of Borges walnut drink
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar (or substitute)
  • 3 spoonfuls of strawberry jam

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Crush the biscuits and mix with the extra-virgin olive oil to make a thick paste. Spread across the bottom of a mould and leave to cool in the fridge.

  2. Step 2

    Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, walnut drink, sugar and egg yolks together in a bowl. When you’ve got a smooth mixture, fold in the beaten egg whites.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the mixture into the mould on top of the biscuit base and cook the cheesecake in a bain-marie over a low heat for about 30 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Leave to cool and cover with strawberry jam.
