Baked Salmon with Lemon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 large lemon
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • A pinch of tarragon
  • A pinch of marjoram
  • Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Place the sliced potatoes and chopped onion in a microwave safe bowl. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little oil and then heat in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power (or bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ºC). 

  2. Step 2

    Set the salmon in a baking dish on top of the potatoes and onion. Lay a couple lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet and squeeze the rest of the lemon juice over the ingredients. Then add the herbs. 

  3. Step 3

    Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 ºC.
