  • 4 beetroots, raw
  • 2 cups of Borges chopped Nuts
  • Borges Garlic Olive Oil
  • Salt

    Perfect to serve as a side dish with rice recipes.

  2. Step 2

    Boil the beetroots without removing the skin or the stalk so they do not lose their colour. When they are soft let them cool down. Cut the beetroots into medium-thick slices and dress with olive oil and salt. Mix it with the walnuts.
