Cook the chicken breasts on a very hot griddle with a touch of salt and pepper.
Chicken with Parmesan
- 800 g filleted chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion
- 800 ml Borges Natura walnut drink
- 250 g grated Parmesan cheese
- A splash of Borges extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Step by step
Sauté the onion in a pan with extra-virgin olive oil. Add the walnut milk and heat everything through for a few minutes.
Slowly add the grated Parmesan cheese while continuing to cook over low heat, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
Serve the chicken topped with the sauce.
