Creamy Mushroom Lasagna

Ingredients
- Precooked lasagna noodles
- 45 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 500 g mushrooms
- 400 ml half and half
- 200 g ricotta cheese
- 150 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Step by step

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Lightly grease a deep baking dish with a little extra virgin olive oil.

Heat the remaining extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in the half and half, stir, and cook over low heat until the mixture thickens slightly.

Place a layer of pre-cooked lasagna sheets in the baking dish, top with a layer of the creamy mushroom mixture, and add dollops of ricotta. Repeat with more layers and finish with the mushroom mixture.

Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
