In a large pan, fry the onion and garlic in Borges Olio 4 for 1 minute. Add in the black beans, pork meat, sausages, smoked ham, chopped meat, salt, pepper, bay leaves and the two orange halves. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until the beans are soft, stirring occasionally. Add water if needed.
Serve with orange segments, Brazilian rice, yucca, etc.
