  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 banana
  • 200gr strawberries
  • 1 cottage cheese (70gr.)
  • 1 fat-free yoghourt
  • 50gr Borges Shelled Walnuts
  • 50gr cereal

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    In a bowl or a plate, place a layer of kiwi followed by another one of strawberries and banana. It is better to mix all the fruit in a big bowl before arranging it in individual bowls or plates.
    Mix the walnuts with cottage cheese. Spread some yoghourt over the fruit, sprinkle with cereal and enjoy it!

  2. Step 2

    Peel and cut the kiwis into small pieces. Chop the strawberries, banana, cottage cheese and walnuts.
