Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 80g grapes
- 150 g fresh arugula
- 1 avocado
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g crumbled feta cheese
- A handful of toasted walnuts
For the vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Borges
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar of modena Borges
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Clean and slice the grapes in half and set them in a bowl.
