Ingredients

  • 80g grapes
  • 150 g fresh arugula
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 spring onion
  • 100 g crumbled feta cheese
  • A handful of toasted walnuts

For the vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Borges
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar of modena Borges
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
