Preheat the grill over high heat.
Grilled Brussels sprouts
- 250 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Borges balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Juice of ½ a lime
Step by step
In a bowl, mix the EVOO with the balsamic vinegar. Coat the Brussels sprouts with this mixture (using a brush is ideal). Season them with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Cook the sprouts for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown (cut them in half if you want them to cook faster)
Finish with a splash of lime juice a few minutes before taking them off the heat.
