Halloween Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 120 g of Borges extra light EVOO oil
- 240 g pumpkin puree
- 180 g flour
- 5 g (1 teaspoon) yeast
- 5 g (1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease a cake pan with extra light EVOO.

Beat the eggs and the sugar together in a bowl. Add the extra light EVOO and the pumpkin puree, stirring until the mixture is fully blended.

Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, stirring slowly until there are no lumps.

Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool the cake on a rack.
