- 2 large ripe avocados
- 120 g strawberries
- 1 very ripe mango
- 60 Borges raw almonds
- 100 g feta cheese
For the vinaigrette
- 80 g Borges extra-virgin olive oil
- 30 g lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- A pinch of ginger (optional)
