Brown the garlic and onion in a pan with plenty of extra virgin olive oil. Add the chicken sliced into thin strips and sauté.
Taco Tuesday: the best homemade tacos
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- A pinch of ground cloves
- 100 g pitted green olives
- 1 medium avocado
- Salt and pepper
- A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
Step by step
Add the peppers, also sliced into thin strips, and cook everything together. Season and add the ground cloves.
Turn off the heat and add the olives and the diced avocado. Season with salt if necessary.
Warm the tortillas in the pan for a few seconds and then assemble the tacos with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
