  • One cup walnut drink
  • 150 g kale
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 medium kiwi
  • 1 piece ginger root

Step by step

    Peel and chop the ginger and kiwi. Add it to the blender along with the kale and the walnut drink.
    Press start…. and that’s it! You can decorate it with some flax seeds and some slices of ginger and kiwi!
