- 1 pack of shortcrust pastry for the base
- 200 g cream cheese
- 4 spoonfuls of Borges almond drink
- 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
- 4 stoned dates
- A selection of seasonal fruit to decorate: dried apricots, kiwi, pomegranate seeds, strawberries, mandarin oranges, cranberries, mango, pistachios, hazelnuts, etc.
Step by step
Cut out the pastry in the shape of an egg and bake for the time indicated on the packet. Once it has turned golden brown, take out of the oven and leave to cool.
Blend the cream cheese, almond drink, vanilla essence and dates (to give the mixture some natural, healthy sweetness) in a food processor to produce a smooth mixture. Spread a thin layer of this mixture onto the pastry and decorate with alternating lines of fruit.
