Mediterranean Baked Feta
Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese in a single block
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Borges green pitted olives
- 50 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon zest
- Toasted bread or pita on the side
Step by step

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Place the block of feta in the middle of an ovenproof baking dish.

Scatter the cherry tomatoes and sliced olives around it.

Sprinkle with oregano and a little black pepper. Drizzle everything with extra virgin olive oil.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the feta is soft on the inside and lightly browned on the outside and the tomatoes have burst open.

Take it out of the oven and add some lemon zest for a touch of tang.

Serve hot, directly in the baking dish, with the toast or pita on the side.
