Prepare this olive bread to serve with all your meals! An easy and healthy recipe.

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 sachet (7 g) dry yeast
  • 180 ml warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g chopped Borges black olives

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

    Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.

    Add the black olives and continue kneading until they are incorporated.

    Let the dough rest, covered, for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

  6. Step 6

    Shape it into a loaf, set it on a baking tray and bake at 200 °C for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool.
