Olive Bread

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 sachet (7 g) dry yeast
- 180 ml warm water
- 2 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g chopped Borges black olives

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.

Add the water and extra virgin olive oil. Knead until the dough is fully mixed.

Add the black olives and continue kneading until they are incorporated.

Let the dough rest, covered, for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
