Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
- 400 g cooked chickpeas
- 70 g Borges black olives
- 70 g Borges green stuffed olives with pepper
- ½ lemon
- A pinch of ground cumin
- A pinch of salt
- 70 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
Step by step
Serve the hummus with pita bread or sliced vegetables.
*We recommend reserving some of the olive juice in case the hummus is too thick and you’d like to thin it out.
