Ingredients

  • 150 g cooked prawns
  • 1 very ripe avocado
  • ½ green apple
  • ½ ripe mango
  • 6 radishes
  • A few leaves of arugula

For the vinaigrette

  • 30 ml apple cider vinegar Borges
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
