Cook the quinoa following the instructions on the package. Drain and set it in the fridge to cool.

Easy quinoa salad
Ingredients
- 200 g quinoa
- 1 large avocado
- ½ Golden Delicious apple
- 80 g gorgonzola-style blue cheese
- 2 cans of tuna packed in water
For the Vinaigrette
- 60 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil Harmony
- 20 ml Borges balsamic vinegar (or balsamic cream)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- A splash of orange juice
- Salt and pepper
- 80 g chopped walnuts

Thinly slice the avocado and apple and add them to the quinoa. Add the crumbled blue cheese and the well-drained tuna.

For the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients and pour them over the salad. Mix well and serve very cold.
