  • 300gr rice
  • 1 small can of pineapple in juice
  • 100gr prawns, peeled
  • 1 packet of Borges Raisins
  • Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Borges Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt

Step by step

    Boil the rice and let it cool down. Sauté the prawns in a frying pan. In a bowl, put the rice and add the prawns, chopped pineapple and raisins. Season it with olive oil, vinegar and salt.
