Spinach and avocado salad
Ingredients
- 180 g baby spinach
- 1 ripe avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- ½ large green apple
- 30 g walnuts
- 30 g almonds
- 30 g pine nuts
- A pinch of cilantro
For the vinaigrette
- 50 ml Borges Harmony extra virgin olive oil
- 15 ml Borges apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- Salt and pepper

In a very hot pan with no oil, toast the walnuts and almonds (chopped into pieces) together with the pine nuts. Add the nuts to the salad along with a little cilantro.
