Ingredients
- 4 Mexican tortillas
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- Cream cheese
- A handful of chopped walnuts
Step by step

Step 1
Lay the tortilla out on a chopping board. Spread the cream cheese on one side of the tortilla, taking care not to spread it all the way to the edge.

Add the salmon and top off with a few chopped walnuts.

Carefully roll up the tortilla to form a cylinder and then chop it into rounds about 1 cm thick, like a maki roll. Et voilà, delicious homemade sushi for kids!
