Tofu with a Balsamic Vinegar and Honey Glaze

A healthy and delicious vegan dish. Balsamic vinegar adds a unique touch of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 400 g firm tofu
  • 30 ml Borges balsamic vinegar of Modena
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A drizzle of Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • Sesame seeds to garnish
  • Chopped chives

Step by step

    Drain the tofu well and press it for 10-15 minutes to remove excess liquid. Slice it into cubes.

    In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar of Modena, honey, soy sauce, and grated garlic. For a thicker sauce, dissolve the cornstarch in a tablespoon of water and add it.
