A fresh and healthy salad that will fill you with energy.

Ingredients

  • 250 g tuna in water, well drained
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 70 g black olives
  • 100 g greens (lettuce, arugula or spinach)
  • 50 g feta
  • 3 tablespoons Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    In a large bowl, combine the tuna, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, diced cucumber, sliced black olives, and greens. Finally, add the crumbled feta cheese.

  2. Step 2

    In a small bowl, mix the extra virgin olive oil with the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until emulsified.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
