Vegetarian Pizza


  • 1 pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle
  • 1 jar of Borges black olives
  • 1 jar of tomato sauce
  • 1 bag of grated mozzarella cheese
  • A few slices of zucchini
  • Salt, pepper and oregano
  • A handful of fresh arugula
  • A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Brush the pizza dough with tomato sauce until it is completely covered. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and fresh oregano. 

  2. Step 2

    Spread the cheese evenly over the dough. 

  3. Step 3

    Top with the chopped olives and sliced zucchini. 

  4. Step 4

    Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes at 180 ºC. 


  5. Step 5

    Serve with fresh arugula on top.
