Sugar-free strawberry smoothie with walnut drink
Ingredients
- 12 strawberries
- 100 ml Borges Natura walnut drink
- 2 spoonfuls of honey
- 2 chopped walnuts
- A few mint leaves
Step by step

Step 1
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and chop them up. Mix them together with the honey in a bowl and stir well.

Give the mixture a whiz in a blender with the walnut drink. Blend to produce a smooth mixture with no lumps. Et voilà, your smoothie is ready to drink, although you can strain it to remove the seeds if you prefer.

Once you’ve poured it into a glass, top off with some mint leaves and sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top.
