Chop the pumpkin and roast it in the oven until soft (you can also boil or microwave it).
Pumpkin spice latte
For the drink:
- 30 g fo pumpkin
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- A pinch of ground ginger
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A pinch of ground cloves
- 450 ml Borges Natura walnut drink
- 70 ml freshly made espresso coffee
- Sugar or sweetener (optional)
For the topping:
- Whipped cream (as little or as much as you like)
- Ground cinnamon
Step by step
In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree with the spices (and with the sugar or sweetener, if you like). Add the nut drink and heat the preparation in a saucepan, stirring and without boiling.
Turn off the heat, add the freshly brewed coffee and mix. Pour the latte into two mugs using a strainer.
