The perfect burger
Ingredients
- 2 150 g beef burgers
- 2 round burger buns
- 2 slices of bacon
- Arugula leaves
- 2 slices of Cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 onion
- Borges extra-virgin olive oil
Step by step

Step 1
Cook the burgers in a hot frying pan or large hotplate with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil. When the juices begin to flow, cut the buns in half and add them to the frying pan or hotplate next to the burgers. Add the bacon and leave to cook.

Put the slices of cheese on top of the burgers to melt and turn over the buns to cook the other side (½ minute per side).
