Mushroom and chicken au gratin served in an oven tray

Ingredients

  • Two chicken breasts in cubes
  • 400 g of mushrooms
  • One onion
  • Grated gruyère cheese
  • Borges Extra virgin olive oil

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Fry the onion in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil. When it is golden brown, add the chicken cut into very small cubes and then the mushrooms.

  2. Step 2

    Place the mixture in a mold covered with Gruyère cheese and bake at 180º for 10-12 minutes.
