The Best Kofta

Ingredients
- 500 g minced lamb
- ½ onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh chopped parsley
- A drizzle of Borges extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step by step

Step 1
Mix the meat with the grated onion, spices, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Shape into cylinders or small sausages and brush them with extra virgin olive oil.

Cook the kofta in a pan or on the grill with plenty of extra virgin olive oil, until they are well browned.
