Porridge oats with nuts and cinnamon
Ingredients:
* 4 spoonfuls of rolled oats
* 1 glass of Borges Natura walnut drink
* A pinch of powdered cinnamon
* A handful of walnuts
* A spoonful of honey
Method:
Warm the walnut drink in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the rolled oats and stir for a couple of minutes. When the mixture becomes lumpy, turn off the heat and leave to rest. Add the nuts, dried fruit and honey, stir and finish off with a dusting of powdered cinnamon.
Smoothie fruit bowl
Ingredients:
* One glass of Borges Natura walnut drink
* 1 banana
* 1 kiwi
* A handful of almonds
* A handful of walnuts
* A handful of chia seeds
Method:
Cut the fruit into pieces in a bowl. Pour on the walnut drink to cover the fruit completely. Sprinkle some chopped nuts, dried fruit and chia seeds on top.
Egg crème caramel
Ingredients:
* 500 ml Borges Natura walnut drink
* 140 g sugar
* 5 eggs
* 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
* Liquid caramel
* Whipped cream
* A handful of dried fruit
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Beat the eggs together with the sugar and vanilla essence and add the walnut drink. Keep beating. Pour some liquid caramel into the ramekins and then add the walnut-drink mixture. Bake for 45 minutes and then leave to cool at room temperature. Once cooled, put into the fridge. Serve with grated nuts on top with a scoop of cream on the side topped off with dried fruit.
