Mint oil, perfect for fish

Make mint oil in four easy steps, ideal for fish recipes, seafood dishes or salads. Grind some fresh, washed mint leaves well in a mortar, add some extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and crush well. You can use it immediately or keep it for another occasion.
