The paradoxes of life. Walnut drink is perfect for making a dessert made with cow’s milk. And who wouldn’t give their kingdom for a helping of fresh cinnamon milkshake? All you need is a litre of walnut drink, a stick of cinnamon, 100 g sugar, three egg whites and powdered cinnamon. Mix the walnut drink with the stick of cinnamon and half the sugar and blend well with a mixer. Freeze the mixture in an ice-cube tray. To make the meringue, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and then add the remaining sugar. Next, take out the walnut drink ice cubes, crush in a blender and add the meringue. Serve in tall glasses with a spoonful of cinnamon.
