Ginger Pork Dumplings


  • 30 dumpling wrappers
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 g diced Chinese cabbage
  • 300 g ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Borges balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    In a bowl, mix the spring onion, carrots, ginger, garlic, cabbage and ground pork. Add the extra virgin olive oil and the balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture sit for half an hour in the refrigerator. 


  2. Step 2

    Assemble the dumplings: put about 20 g of filling into each wrapper and seal well. 

  3. Step 3

    Steam the dumplings for about 20 minutes.
