15 Minute Tomato Pasta
Ingredients
- 400 g farfalle
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 kg crushed tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 100 g grated Parmesan
- A splash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
Step by step

Step 1
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Brown the onion and garlic in a deep frying pan with a generous splash of extra virgin olive oil.

Add the tomato, season with salt and pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium-low heat. Add the oregano.

Drain the pasta, transfer it to the pan and stir. Serve topped with grated Parmesan and a few fresh basil leaves, if you like.
