Ingredients
- One ripe avocado
- Cream cheese spread
- A handful of strawberries
- A handful of walnuts
- A dash of Borges extra virgin olive oil
- A dash of Borges Modena vinegar

Peel and cut the avocado into thin strips vertically and place it on the toast with cheese.

Slice the strawberries and cover the avocado with them.
