Ingredients

  • 500 ml Borges rice and walnut milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 40 g corn starch

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Heat the rice and walnut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it is hot, but without letting it boil.

  2. Step 2

    Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add the cornstarch and mix well.

  3. Step 3

    Slowly pour the hot liquid over the egg yolk mixture, stirring constantly.

  4. Step 4

    Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook it over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Let it cool.
