Baked honey mustard chicken
Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 70 ml honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 small lemon
- 12 chicken thighs
- 100 ml brandy
- 50 g Borges chopped almonds
- Salt and pepper

Put the chicken on an oven tray and pour the brandy all over it or baste using a brush. Then use a brush to baste with the mustard and honey sauce, making sure to cover it well. Add salt and pepper.

Bake for an hour, but halfway through turn the chicken thighs over, add the chopped almonds and leave to cook for the remaining time.
