An easy and delicious beef and broccoli recipe cooked with Borges extra olive oil you must try!
Beef and broccoli
- 400 g beef
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 medium onion
- 50 ml Borges Natura hazelnut drink
- 60 g cream cheese
- 150 g grated Parmesan cheese
- A splash of Borges extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Step by step
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Then steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes.
Sauté the onion in a deep pan with some extra-virgin olive oil. Add the beef, cut into thin strips, and cook for a few minutes. Add the broccoli. When the beef and broccoli are ready, transfer to a baking pan and season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine the hazelnut drink with the cream cheese and Parmesan. Using a spoon, spread the cheese mixture over the meat and broccoli and bake for about 10 minutes until the top layer has browned.
