Borges - Apple Cider Vinegar


  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 300 ml Borges apple cider vinegar
  • 300 ml light soya sauce
  • A piece of ginger
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Thyme, bay leaf and salt to taste
  • A pinch of chilli powder (optional)

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Mix all the sauces and condiments together in a bowl and marinate the meat for half a day.

    There are two cooking options: you can either cook the chicken and sauce together in a frying pan or roast the chicken in the oven (without the sauce) and warm up the sauce separately to serve on the side.

    For a well-balanced meal, serve with brown rice.
